Free tools

Small tools we built
because we needed them.

Everything here runs on your own machine: in the browser, or as a single offline file where the data is too sensitive for a browser tab. Nothing you type is uploaded and there is no licence to expire. If a tool saves your team an hour a week, it has done its job.

  • Skills Matrix

Who can run what, and what stops if they're off. It flags the skills only one person holds, the ones where all the cover sits on one shift, and the month a certificate runs out and takes a station with it.

Paste your existing spreadsheet in to start. Then there is a shift check for crewing tomorrow, a training plan ranked by the risk each step removes, and an A4 print pack for the auditor.

    • Browser
    • Offline Windows app
    • Excel in, CSV out
    • Nothing uploaded
The Skills Matrix: people across the top grouped by team, skills down the side, each cell showing a skill level, with columns for have, need and gap and a risk flag such as one person only.

  • Kit Label Generator

Set your company details, pick a layout and choose your fields once. After that, printing a kit label is one field and one click: type the production order, press print.

Four A4 layouts, colour coding by area, and a live preview of exactly what comes out of the printer.

    • Browser
    • A4 print
    • Nothing uploaded
The Kit Label Generator: fields for production order, sales order, line, product type and quantity, beside a live preview of the A4 label.

The tools are free.
The bigger jobs aren't.

If the thing you need is closer to a system than a printout, that's the work we do: fixed price, live in weeks, yours to keep.
