Privacy notice
What we collect,
and what we don't.
Last updated 13 August 2026
Burle Systems is a sole trader based in Leeds, United Kingdom, run by Rodrigo Moreira. This notice explains what personal data we handle and why. It is written to be read rather than to be legally impressive.
The short version
If you give us your email address to use a free tool, we keep the email address and use it to send you occasional things worth reading. That's it. Anything you type into a tool — part numbers, orders, customer names — never leaves your browser and we never see it.
What we collect
- Your email address, and your company name if you give it. Collected when you open one of the free tools.
- Anything you put in an email to us. If you write to us, we keep the correspondence so we can reply and pick up where we left off.
What we don't collect
- Anything you type into a tool. The tools run entirely in your browser. Your production orders, part numbers, customers and quantities stay on your machine — they are saved in your browser's local storage and are never transmitted to us or to anyone else.
- No advertising or tracking cookies. We don't run any.
- No third-party analytics. There is no Google Analytics on this site.
- No phone numbers, unless you choose to put one in an email.
Why we're allowed to hold it
Our lawful basis is legitimate interest — you asked for a free tool aimed at people who work with warehouse and SAP systems, and we send related material to the same audience. You can tell us to stop at any time and we will.
How long we keep it
Email addresses are kept until you ask us to remove yours, or until you have ignored us for two years, whichever comes first. Correspondence is kept for up to six years, which is the ordinary period for business records in the UK.
Who else sees it
This site is hosted by Cloudflare, which also stores the email addresses collected by the tools. Cloudflare acts as our processor. We do not sell, rent or share your details with anyone else, and we do not pass them to advertisers.
Fonts are served from this site rather than from a third-party font service, so visiting these pages does not tell any other company that you were here.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask us to show you what we hold, correct it, delete it, or stop using it. There is one way to do all of that:
We'll action it within 30 days, and usually the same week. If you think we've handled your data badly you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
Changes
If this notice changes materially, the date at the top changes with it.
